Our booking system is a simplified process. You can place a booking request online on our website/App or you can call our customer care number 9111585858. Our team finds the nearest truck for you after verification.
Customers can make payments via NEFT / IMPS/ CASH/CHEQUE/DD/UPI. We accept all types of cards, so you can easily make an online payment.
All services confirmed through us include only transportation of goods. If any manpower & packing assistance is needed, we will give assistance in arranging as per requirement at extra cost. We do not guarantee packing and labour services.
All movements have to be done with valid transit worthy documents:
a. Proper invoice that has consigner, consignee complete address
b. Complete detail of material with value and GST details
c. Packing list of material
d. Valid E-Way Bill
We are constantly involved in the transportation of cargo to and fro from the ports to various locations in the country. The proximity of Phantom Express FTWZ from the port gives a major advantage due to easy accessibility to the staff to supervise movements. We also have dedicated staff posted at the ports to deal with the port authorities and any other requirements of transportation.

We accept bookings at least an hour prior to your desired pick-up time. The time frame for booking also depends on the region where we are accepting the booking from.

Reefer transport: Various types of reefer vehicles available. We also offer trailers with genset facility to carry reefer containers.
We provide a range of vehicles – right from a TATA ACE to ODC telescopic trailers. The vehicles are sourced partly from the market through our extensive network of highly reliable vendors and partly from the fleet of leased vehicles which are available 24×7 to cater to client requirements.

We have a team of professionals specifically to handle the transportation of ODC cargo. Whenever there is need for ODC movement from the client, our professionals carry out a detailed route survey to ensure hassle-free transport of cargo en-route. The team takes care of special permissions required for the movement from the government authorities as well as all other regulatory aspects related to the movement. With regards to the vehicles, we have an extensive network of vendors across the country to provide required vehicles from time to time.
